Estival Maramar Hotel - Coma-ruga

It was located right next to the beach, providing great views from my spacious room. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Great location - quiet area, right on the beach. Sea view from the terrace is fantastic.

It seems, that something is wrong with the ground under the building - the floor in corridors and room isn't flat. Lots of staff don't speak English at all (even waiters at the restaurant). Room service of a poor quality - even didn't clean the bin every day.

Comfy beds, yummy food, staff that actually helps out! Plus, the room had a sweet view of the beach. 🌊

I liked the location, near beach and also near two beaytiful cities, Barcelona and Tarragona. Tere is also a beautiful promenade in front of the hotel.

There were charges to use the indoor pool which were not referred to on the hotel webpage. Maybe the hotel should state these charges on it's webpage.

La Nansa, which can be found only 300 ft away, was a fast option. Location was within 10 min walking distance to platja de sant salvador. Close to Masia Blanca and other sights in Coma-ruga.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location right on the beach was perfect for us, as we could easily enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and professional team at the reception made us feel welcome and taken care of. They were always available to assist us with any questions or needs we had. The service provided by the hotel was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. We also appreciated the amenities in our room, including the heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable stay.

the rooms and the view

not really but did have problems with the internet (WiFi)

location - excellent, on the beach, the centre is not so far- 500m, room is big, modern, excellent design, well equipped - large and comfortable bed, fridge, seif, tv lcd, balcony, bathroom very well with a lot of ameneties, very clean. we stay in a room with see view and was fantastic.

we expected a better breakfast - is a 4 star hotel.completely lacking fresh vegetables, few kinds of fruit, just 1 type of cheese, bacon wasn't very well cooked. just a few changes in menu every day.

The hotel had a prime beachfront location with beautiful views. There was also a wide range of food offered during the Christmas season, which gave us a good opportunity to try Spanish cuisine. there were some festive activities available to participate in.

The hotel was outdated, and there were noticeable cracks and stains in several areas of the room.

Close to beach, very big rooms with comfortable beds, good food. Quiet place. From hotel was easy to reach Barcelona and Portaventura park.

Nice, very big rooms with beautiful view. The food was okay, they tried to vary in it but basicly it stayed the same. Very good location and correct service.

Most of the staff doesn't speak English at all and it's really sad the outside pool wasn't usable. We went during Easter Holidays and it was far the only hotel that hadn't filled the pool yet.

Wonderful, friendly, professional team at reception. Clean and spacious room. Decent quality and size towels. Ample selection at buffet.

Location, right on teh beach front, amazing.

No hot water for 2 full days... ! But this water dealt with well and they also offered a 20% discount or another stay some other time of the year.

Good location - room very good size

Lounge was very dirty looking - sofas dirty - litter in the indoor reception fountain restaurant - dirty chairs - dirty curtains - no hot food - always tepid or cold. Tv in room looked like it may fall off the wall. Balcony door lock missing. We were asked to pay the bill on arrival - I have never been asked to pay in advance and is the greatest indication that this hotel is expecting complaints. Seemed like a bad 2 star hotel - never should be rated as 4 star

Located near a beautiful, big beach with spectacular sea views, the hotel is only a short walk away from the shore. the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, with some rooms featuring a balcony for enjoying the seaside scenery.
